Set of Twins from Schuylkill County Selected as Legoland Ambassadors

A set of twins from Schuylkill County have been selected as ambassadors for the new Legoland Discovery Center set to open in Pennsylvania this Spring.

Lorelai and Trinity Davies, 9, of Girardville, 4th graders at North Schuylkill, love their Legos and earlier this year their parents found the perfect contest for them.

A new Legoland Discovery Center, is set to open at the Plymouth Meeting Mall this spring, and they were seeking children ages 6 through 12 to join their "Creative Crew" as brand ambassadors.

Interested children had to build an original LEGO model and have a thirty second video posted to Facebook or Twitter (with permission via a parent or guardians account) showing off their model and answering the question, “Why should you be in the Creative Crew?”

The girls' parents, Chuck and Sasha Davies, submitted their daughters video via Facebook and found out February 13th that the girls were chosen along with 10 other children.

Lorelai and Trinity will get the chance to take part in the grand opening, on April 6th, as well be a part of different unique activities, special events, and assist the master Lego model builder.

The twins and the rest of the Creative Crew will then build and test new Lego models, and share tips on the coolest aspects of the new Legoland.

The new Legoland will be a 33,000 square foot indoor Lego playground. The center will feature "imaginative learning," a 4D cinema, and a Lego themed ride.

While Knoebels is primarily seeking team members aged 16 and older, there are a limited number of positions available for workers aged 14 and 15.
