According to Mahanoy Township Police, the crash occurred around 11:45pm, Thursday on Park Place Road near Mahanoy City.
When police arrived they found the vehicle in a nearby creek with no driver.
Police have already identified a suspect and charges will be filed.
Mahanoy City Fire Humane & West End, as well as Mahanoy City EMS and Shenandoah ALS responded.
