According to Eyewitness News, Gary Kemble, was walking on ice to check a tangled fishing lure and fell into the water, Wednesday.
The water was reported to have been up to his chin and he was unable to get out of the water.
Family members found Kemble in Mahantango Creek near Klingerstown Wednesday afternoon around 3:30pm.
