Alexis Soto, 23, of Mahanoy City was charged with Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Criminal Mischief as a result of his actions.
Soto was arraigned and was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $20,000.00 bail.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in the near future by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Kilker. Charges were filed by Patrolman James Patterson.
