Gary L. Mullen, 60, of Rebuck, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at his residence.
He was born July 4, 1955, in Danville, a son of Ruby (Reiner) Mullen, of Dornsife and the late M. Durell Mullen.
Gary graduated from the Line Mountain High School and attended Votech.
He was employed as a laborer for Metal Industries.
He was a member of the Erdman Gun Club.
Gary was an avid hunter who went on many hunting trips.
He is survived by one son, Shawn Mullen, of Nevada; two daugthers, Tracy Mullen, of Media, and Sara Mullen and her fiancé, David Bridi, of Sunbury; three sisters, Vivian Engle, Sandra Wendt and Leah Mullen; and four granddaughters, Khaleesi, Rhiannon, Fiona, and Aria.
A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Himmel’s Church, followed by the funeral at 11 with the Rev. Jane Compton officiating.
Interment will follow in Himmel’s Cemetery.
The Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, 1133 Ridge Road, Klingerstown has charge of the arrangements.

Born in Italy May 18,1921 the daughter of the late Vincent and Liena (Lucci) Bigioni. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland; a member of the Ashland Area Senior Citizens and Girardville Senior Citizens. Catholic Daughters of America.
She worked for many years at the Ashland State General Hospital as a Clerk Typist until retirement.
Preceding her in death were her husband Michael DeLorenzo in 1996. Three brothers: Costi, Geno & Ronino Bigioni. A brother Philip Bigioni survives. Nieces and Nephews. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Monday Dec. 7,2015 at 11:00 AM from St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland,PA.
