Penn State Coach James Franklin entered Beaver Stadium on Saturday with a Schuylkill County Boy on his shoulders.
Franklin was accompanied by Josiah Viera, 13, Hegins, a Nittany Lions fan who has served as an inspiration for Penn State players over the last year.
Viera suffers from progeria, a disorder that accelerates children’s aging.
