Schuylkill County Police Log for 07/11/2017
On Monday, around 4:30pm, David Brown, 33, of Mount Carmel, was found slumped over the wheel of his running vehicle along the north berm of the North Main Street in Gilberton.
Drugs & paraphernalia were in plain view in the vehicle when police arrived.
The actor will be charged appropriately pending laboratory analysis results.
Brown faces charges of DUI, and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and other drug charges.
