Man Arrested Following a Disturbance
On June 26th, 2017 West Mahanoy Township Police were dispatched to a residence in Shenandoah Heights for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Investigation into this disturbance revealed that the disturbance did turn physical with the actor placing his hands around the neck of the victim.
This did produce redness and markings.
As a result of the incident, Jeremy Cammarn, Shenandoah, was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault and Strangulation. Cammarn was arraigned by on-call MDJ Ferrier and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post bail.
Cammarn will have to answer to these charges before Magisterial District Judge Kilker, Shenandoah.
