According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, around 7:30am, 3 teens were travelling on High Road in Cass Township near the intersection with Low Road when the driver attempted to make a left turn and crossed into the path of a vehicle driven by Christine Degel, 42, of Pottsville.
All 4 were reported to have suffered injuries in the crash.
