The Mahanoy City Police Department is a looking for Raymond Santiago aka "SHADOW", 20, on an outstanding felony warrant for Robbery, Persons to carry firemans, reckless endangering another person, terroristic threats, and theft.
Santiago is considered to be armed and dangerous and has ties to the Mahanoy City & Locust St. Hazleton area.
