Man Facing DUI Charges
NORTH UNION TOWNSHIP - A Massachusetts man is facing DUI charges.
According to Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, August J. Futyma, 31, of Taunton, MA was pulled over by police and found to be under the influence of alcohol.
DUI Charges have been filed with Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
