A disabled vehicle is causing traffic problems on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.


According to PA511.com, at 2:52pm, Tuesday, Interstate 81 moving slowly due near Milemarker 104 due to a disabled vehicle in the northbound lanes.

Traffic is reportedly backed up to the Lebanon County line.
