Edith E. Fritzinger, 88, of New Ringgold passed away Friday August 28, 2015 at Gnaden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton. Born in Summit Hill, October 11, 1926 she was a daughter of the late George R. and Jennie Middlecamp Miller. She worked for Hess Brothers Cafeteria and Peerless Mills, Lehighton. Edith was a member of Ben Salem UCC, Lehighton. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin G. Fritzinger in 2004; 4 Brothers Lester, Raymond, Murland and George Miller; 4 Sisters Arlene Hontz, Joyce Peters, Madeline Zellner and Beatrice Yates. She is survived by a son Dennis L. Fritzinger Sr. and his wife Karen of New Ringgold; a brother Thomas Miller, and a Sister Glady Wehr. 3 Grandchildren Dennis Jr. and his wife Jennifer Fritzinger, Tammy and her husband Jason Messerschmidt and Cassie Fritzinger; 6 Great Grandchildren Page, Angel, Ali, Blaze, Austin and Destiny who all called her Mammy. Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday September 4, 2015 from the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 2066 West Penn Pike New Ringgold, PA 17960. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday September 3, 2015 and Friday 9:00-10:00 AM from the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to the Ben Salem Building Fund PO Box 128 Andreas, PA 18211. Burial will be in Ben Salem Church Cemetery.

Lois J. Heim, 79, of 236 Main Road Pitman, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 29th, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, with her daughter by her side.
Lois was born in Ashland, PA on November 23, 1935, a daughter of the late Franklin F. and Alice M. (Specht) Kehler.
She was a graduate of Hegins Township High School and worked at Monmar Factory in Gratz, Snyder's Greenhouse in Leck Kill and at Masser's Produce in Pitman.
She was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Pitman and in the past was a Sunday School teacher and assisted with vacation bible school.
She enjoyed family time, watching soap operas and FOX News, and keeping up with Penn State Football.
She was the widow of Dean R. Heim who passed away February 3, 1987.
She is survived by her daughter Kathy Mattern and her husband Ronald of Leck Kill; one grandson Bryan Mattern and granddaughter Bethann Shaffer and her husband Jeffrey; two sisters, Margaret Hepler and Millie Stehr.
She was preceded in death by two sisters Rheda Keller and Alice Snyder
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 9:30-11:00 AM. at Zion E.C. Church, Pitman, PA with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM with Rev. Todd Wolfe officiating. Interment will follow at Zion E.C. Cemetery Pitman, PA.
