According to Shenandoah Police, An undercover officer arranged the purchase and Colon was arrested when he arrived to complete the transaction.
A total of 349 bags of heroin were recovered and Colon's vehicle was seized. Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale arraigned Colon and set his bail at $250,000.00 cash.
